Lastly is the issue over reacting to customers’ complaints. We have received reviews of slow turn-around time for complaints and some even states that we do not respond at all. To remedy this, we have adopted these steps:

  1. Text warnings and a video at Langocity Customer Care have been added to remind clients to check spam boxes for replies.
  2. Customer Service has been improved and upgraded. Customer order history has been incorporated with user submitted support requests for a faster response and the number of agents are now bigger to accommodate every request plus, the support requests have been linked to customer accounts for the users to view their own support requests and responses directly from their account.

Comments such as wrong and outdated courses, problems with downloads, and missing files are just some of the many negative comments the company has received. Surprisingly (or to put it more accurately: suspiciously), these comments have all been posted fairly recently and the time frame of when these comments were posted were all too close.

The most common complaint found in langocity reviews is that file downloading is so hard to do. In response, Langocity has made some changes in the way files are downloaded and included a download manager in their website. Through this small program, all files that need to be downloaded are conveniently placed on your desktop. This avoids the confusion of having to unzip all the files.

Another issue worth mentioning is the double billing of customers which consequently added to the Langocity scam issue. The company has a policy of immediately refunding double billings. All the customer has to do is to contact customer care after finding out that a product has been ordered more than once. Langocity has also upgraded their checkout process so that submitting the same item twice is avoided.

Another Langocity complaint is the slow, or negligible, customer service. Although Langocity serves hundreds of customers a month, it has been their policy to respond to every customer inquiry via email. It has been discovered, however, that these responses mostly end up in the customer’s spam or junk box and is most of the time never checked.

In order to make sure that Langocity’s responses are received by the customer, the company has embarked on another proactive approach of:

1. Reminding their customers to check their spam or junk box for the replies through videos and text messages.

2. Upgrading after-sales support by integrating the customer’s order history with their submitted requests and linking support requests to customer accounts. This assures customers that responses are faster.

3. Doubling their customer service agents.

With this in place, users are assured that support responses are directly answered within their accounts as well as in their email.
