Langocity Complaints – True or False?

Langocity team has observed some Langocity complaints over the internet. We have found that most of the customer’s complaints are revolving around three issues. However, we have found some scam Langocity reviews with bad comments over the internet. May be this was done intentionally to down our reputation. Now it is really important to us to address all the issues of such complaints to keep our reputation. All valid Langocity customers’ complaints were assessed systematically and we contacted every customer personally to resolve their problem. In response to these Langocity complaints we have taken substantial steps which we would discuss here.

Complaints such as- Langocity provides wrong are outdated courses, downloading problem and missing files are just some of the scam complaints, which we have received. Surprisingly, all of these scam feedbacks were posted fairly recently and the time frame of these false comments when these were posted were all too close. There is nothing to worry about these. We have taken substantial steps to inform our people about these false complaints.

We have perceived several Langocity reviews with the complaint that our course files would not download easily. Here we want to notice that at the very beginning of our company, we provided Langocity course files in .zip file format. This in turn acted as a huge source of customers’ dissatisfaction. Some Langocity customers failed to read our instructions from zip folder and complaint against us. To address this issue, we developed a new version of software named “Langocity download manager”, which downloads the entire Langocity courses right to user’s desktop. Now it is quite easy to get your instructions and course tutorials.

Some Langocity complaints are concern with double billing issue. Here we want to note that Langocity has a policy to refund each double billing immediately. In the past when we started our journey, some of our customers refreshed our course ordering page twice or back through our checkout page after a successful order and then double billing sometimes occurred due to technical problem. But, we contacted each customer and refunded the existing amount of money. To eliminate this issue, we have upgraded our checkout process and logic cart system. Now double billing is totally disappeared in our system.

Some Langocity users gave us negative feedback with the complaint that our customer services very bad and we take very long time to response. Langocity has a policy to respond each customer’s inquiry immediately. But, our replies always exist in users spam box. Most of the Langocity users did not check their spam box and told that Langocity never replied their questions. To eliminate this issue we have added several text warnings and a video lesson to warn people to check their span box for our response. Moreover, we have enhanced our customer care representatives to reply each customer’s question immediately.

We always strive to give the best linguistic service. We are proud to say that till now, Langocity courses are the best lessons to learn a foreign language quickly. We can strongly say that all the complaints that published over the internet are not true. If you are interested to learn a foreign language, fell free to check our lessons once.
