Langocity Complaints

What lead people to say that Langocity is a scam? We have found some Langocity complaints with the comment that we just take charges but do not provide any instruction to learn a language, we provide backdated courses that do not contain enough tutorial to learn a foreign Language, our course files are totally corrupted, we take double charge for the same order, we never reply client’s questions, etc. Now, enthused language learners are curious to know, what the real fact is. In this page we would like to publish the real fact to our potential customers and want to discuss the various Langocity complaints with their origins.

Langocity is a source of comprehensive language instruction. Langocity Foreign Service courses are really helpful to learn a foreign language swiftly. We have bought highly effective language acquisition tools to the public to help them to learn a language quickly. We always take each customer’s comment seriously and strive to present the best linguistic service. In response to the customer’s comment we have taken significant steps to improve our customer service and made incredible changes in our system to keep our goodwill all over the world.

The most common Langocity complaint is concerned with downloading problem with our course files. We have found some Langocity reviews with the comment that we provide corrupted software to our customers; our course files would not download. In reply to these complaints we want to say that we provide to best instruction software and highly effective language acquisition tools, developed by the U.S. Foreign Service. These tools and tutorials help our people to capture new vocabulary of a foreign language quite easily. But, in the past, we provided our tutorials and course files .zip format, which acts as a huge source of customer’s dissatisfaction. Some of our customers failed to read the course files from zip folder and complained. Now, we have bought a new version of download manager, which automatically downloads all the tutorials and course file right to user’s desktop. Now, downloading problem is totally solved.

At present, double billing is totally disappeared in our system. Langocity has a policy to refund each double billing instantly. At the very beginning some customers click twice in our course ordering page or refresh it after a successful order and faced this kind of problem. But, we had refunded all the extra charges that our automated system took from the customers. Now we have upgraded our check out process and logic cart system to make it totally impossible to take double charge for the same course.

Another of Langocity complaints is that our customer service is very slow; we never reply customer’s questions. In response, we want to say that Langocity has a policy to response each customer’s inquiry immediately. But our reply always exits in our users spam box, which most of Langocity users do not check usually. This is just a misunderstanding. Now, we have added several text warnings and a video file to inform people to check their spam mails for our reply. Moreover, we have doubled the total number of customer care agents to reply customer’s questions immediately.

However, the complaints like, we just take charges but do not provide any instruction to learn a language, we provide backdated courses that do not contain enough tutorial to learn a language, are totally false. Perhaps someone did this intentionally to down our reputation. We just want to tell a simple fact now. Surprisingly, these comments have all been published fairly recently. Moreover, time frames of when these feedbacks were given were all too close. For these scam Langocity complaints we always request everyone to contact our customer care in case of any confusion and also request every interested learner to check our courses once before making any decision.

Langocity Reviews

It is the time to address all of the issues of negative Langocity reviews, because we have found some inappropriate bad comments which are far away from our premium linguistic service. For these improper feedbacks people are thinking that Langocity is a scam. But, Langocity is a web-based company, which is dedicated to people’s linguistic success. Langocity courses are very efficient to capture a foreign language quickly. We have listed some issues for which some of our customers gave us negative feedbacks. In reply to these complaints we want to say that Langocity Foreign Service courses are not backdated; we always try to present latest techniques of learning. We have provided highly effective language acquisition tools to the public, which was developed by U.S. Foreign Service. To eliminate downloading problem we have bought a new version of software to download the entire course files automatically right to the customer’s desktop.

Some negative feedbacks are associated with double billing issue. We have found some feedbacks with such comments: “We have been double billed while purchasing Langocity courses. Please do not buy their courses.” May be they did this intentionally or this was due to some technical problems. At the very beginning, when a customer back through our checkout page after purchasing our course, double billing sometimes occurred. But recently we have totally changed our billing system and upgraded our checkout process to make it impossible to charge twice for the same order. Moreover, we have improved our shopping cart logic. Now double billing is totally disappeared in our system.

Some negative Langocity reviews are related to our customer service response. We have found some reviews where some users said that our customer service is very bad and we never answer any customer’s question. Langocity has a policy to response each customer’s question immediately. But, our responses always exist in user’s spam box. Most of the customers did not check it and told we never reply. However, to address these complaints, we have doubled the number of customer service agents and integrated our customer service backend with user order history. Moreover, we have adjoined several notices and a video tutorial to warn people to check their spam box for our reply.

Langocity is an outstanding instruction site, which is devoted to people’s linguistic success. People, who wish to learn a second language, can rest assured that Langocity courses are good enough to instruct and guide them properly. We are requesting each Language learner to justify our teaching method once, don’t be disappointed by reading negative Langocity reviews from the internet.

Langocity Complaints – True or False?

Langocity team has observed some Langocity complaints over the internet. We have found that most of the customer’s complaints are revolving around three issues. However, we have found some scam Langocity reviews with bad comments over the internet. May be this was done intentionally to down our reputation. Now it is really important to us to address all the issues of such complaints to keep our reputation. All valid Langocity customers’ complaints were assessed systematically and we contacted every customer personally to resolve their problem. Most of the Langocity users did not check their spam box and told that Langocity never replied their questions. To eliminate this issue we have added several text warnings and a video lesson to warn people to check their span box for our response. Moreover, we have enhanced our customer care representatives to reply each customer’s question immediately.

We always strive to give the best linguistic service. We are proud to say that till now, Langocity courses are the best lessons to learn a foreign language quickly.
