Our reputation was always good all over the world. But, recently we have found some complaints against Langocity over the internet, which we have reviewed honestly and found that all the complaints are revolving around only three issues. We have added this page to discuss the origin of these negative feedbacks and to inform people what immediate steps we have taken to solve these problems.

Downloading problem with the course files, double billing issue and inefficient customer service, are the main issues for which our customers complained against us and gave is negative reviews over the internet. Langocity has taken several steps to eliminate the issues for which our customers gave us low rate reviews. First of all, we have developed new download manager to download all of the course files right to user’s desktop automatically. In earlier period we had a little problem with our file format. We provided our courses in .zip file format, which in turn acted as a huge source of negative review. Some customers failed to unlock the instructions from .zip folder and complained against us saying that our files are corrupted. After introducing this automated software there is not a single problem with downloading our software and courses files.

Secondly, we have made incredible changes in our checkout process to eliminate the double billing issue. Now it is quiet impossible to charge twice for the same order. Langocity has terms of service to back all the double billing immediately. So, please contact our 24-Hours Customer Service if you have experienced such double billing difficulty.

If we come to the third issue, we just want to tell that our policy is to reply all the customer’s inquiries immediately. In earlier period we had insufficient representatives to reply customer’s questions instantly. Moreover, our replies always exist in client’s spam box, which most of the Langocity users do not check usually. This issue acts as another major source of negative Langocity reviews. In response to this issue we have already doubled the number of representatives to reply each inquiry instantly. Moreover, we have added a lot of text warnings and a video lesson in our webpage to inform Langocity users to check their spam box.

These incredible steps have proved how sincere we are. We always strive hard to provide the best linguistic service. That’s why still now our courses are the best ways achieve a second language easily in least possible time. Finally, we just want to say that the Langocity reviews published over the internet are not factual; misunderstand is the main reason of such feedbacks.
